Rooted in Impact was established in 2025 to help organizations bridge the gap between physiological needs and safety and security during real-life challenges.
Rooted in Impact specializes in helping:
• Law firms support injured clients with housing, medical access, and benefit navigation; saving them time and money• Home health companies and rehab facilities reduce burnout and readmissions by addressing clients’ social determinants of health• Medical clinics connect patients to wraparound community services for better outcomes and follow through• Adoptive parents complete high quality, trauma-informed home studies
Every service offered is rooted in advocacy, resource coordination, and respect for the dignity of those we serve.
